Tester: The tester comes without the fancy packaging (usually in a plain white box) and often without a cap (unless mentioned otherwise). For personal use, testers are a fantastic cost-saving alternative over the boxed goods, which are in contrast sealed and more presentable as gifts. The testers are unused and their concentrations are exactly the same as the sealed box variant.


Gift Sets: Gift sets are packages which include the fragrance along with additional bonus items, which may be a shower gel, after shave, bag, etc. They are perfect to give as gifts due to their lavish presentation and bonus accessories.


Boxed Variants: These are simply the boxed variant of the fragrance, which means they are exactly the same packaging as you would find at the department store. Boxed variants are always sealed with cello (plastic wrap) unless specified, or if the manufacturer by default does not produce it.

Decant: Decants are samples of fragrances that are bottled independently by verified companies that provide 100% authentic samples. We take our supply chain very seriously and ensure we only sell high quality, authentic products.

Returns/Exchanges

All of our products are 100% authentic, guaranteed. Although we do not purchase our products from brand-owners or manufacturers directly, we do purchase our products from authorized distributors and other resellers through legitimate channels of trade. We do not sell knock-offs nor imitations. 

Our insurance policy lasts 14 days from date of delivery. If you do not reach out within 14 days after delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any lost, damaged, defective or stolen packages. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@fragflex.com and we will happily email you further instructions. Exchanges are granted on identical products and the original must be purchased from FragFlex directly. It must also be in the original packaging and contents unmodified.*+ 

     *Note: per our authenticity guarantee, if you claim the product is not on par with your expectations with respect to quality after opening the package, we will initiate a return and either exchange the product or issue you a full refund. We may also send the returned product back to the distributor for quality control testing.

     +Attention fraudsters: We know our product. If you try to return a fake product that was purchased elsewhere, we will know and will refuse to grant a refund, and we will consider all our available legal options.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  You, the customer are responsible for shipping costs for returns. USA returns will incur an additional $7 international border processing fee for brokerage and return handling. To return your product, email us at support@fragflex.com for instructions and the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if sent collect. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, or the return product(s) to reach us, may vary.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

• Any item returned which is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (i.e. exclusive of the authenticity guarantee) will be subject to 20% restocking fee. However, any product that is defective for reasons not due to your error will be exchanged under our authenticity guarantee at no extra cost to you.
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded
• Any item returned by the courier company after failed delivery attempts will be refunded less the shipping cost and a 20 % restocking fee. USA customers will be charged a $7 fee for returns via this route
• Any item for whom the billing address provided was incorrect or undeliverable will be charged a 20 % restocking fee if returned. If delivered to an address that was inputted incorrectly at checkout, insurance is void and we will be unable to assist with retrieval. USA customers will be charged a $7 fee for returns due to incomplete/wrong addresses or parcel refusals
• All returns must be arranged through customer service. Products cannot be returned without a FragFlex issued RMA number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any unfulfilled orders at our discretion.
