Click on the "Flex Club" loader tab. Then click on "Ways to Redeem" in the widget. You can spend your points by clicking on "Redeem" next to the reward you want to claim. Kindly note, redemptions cannot be undone so choose your redemptions carefully. Points do not have cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Please note, free shipping coupon redemptions cannot be used on any priority express shipping methods, as these shipments incur separate express charges payable directly to the courier. Your order must be above $99 to qualify for free shipping using coupons or perks redeemed through the program.

Although a redemption cannot be reversed (we are unable to top up points on an accidental redemption), we would be happy to upgrade redeemed coupon codes to other redemption types. Nope. If you already have an enabled FragFlex store account you are automatically enrolled into the loyalty program. Simply click on "LOG IN" within the Flex Club widget (do not click "create a new store account") and we'll preload everything else in the loader for you. If your account was not setup correctly on our store or if you have any trouble logging in, simply send us an email and our customer service team would be happy to activate it and get you on you way to start earning!

Absolutely not! Your VIP status is evergreen and is determined by your accumulated point earnings and not by your points balance. We encourage you to earn and redeem your hard-earned points frequently. Its always uphill within the Flex Club program! :)

As we are a Canadian company, kindly note redemptions are in Canadian funds.

Points will expire after 6 months of earning or redemption inactivity in the Rewards program. However, as long as you place an order or make a simple coupon redemption within 6 months, your points will remain in your account. The expiration date would simply reset to another 6 months thereafter. Coupons, once redeemed, will NOT expire (unless specified during Power Redemption events). VIP Status remains evergreen and never expires (its always uphill with the Flex Club). Don't worry, we'll send you reminders a month before (in case you forget) to allow you the chance to reset the clock another 6 months via a simple coupon redemption or order. 😊
