No, tier perks are only awarded once when you reach a new tier. They do not repeat each time you stay in or re-enter the same tier.

Unfortunately sprays can only be accumulated for purchases after our loyalty program launch date of May 19th 2017. Sprays are automatically accrued for product purchases (excluding shipping and taxes) after this date provided you were registered in the program prior to placing the order. You will only earn points on orders placed after you have created a store account. Sprays cannot be added retroactively. Although a redemption cannot be reversed (we are unable to top up sprays on an accidental redemption), we would be happy to upgrade redeemed coupon codes to other redemption types. Simply click on "/LOG IN"/ within the FRAGFLEX Club widget (do not click "/create a new store account"/) and we'll preload everything else in the loader for you. If your account was not setup correctly on our store or if you have any trouble logging in, simply send us an email and our customer service team would be happy to activate it and get you on you way to start earning! Absolutely not! Your VIP status is evergreen and is determined by your accumulated spray earnings and not by your points balance. We encourage you to earn and redeem your hard-earned sprays frequently. Its always uphill within the FragFlex Club program! :)

Your current tier status will remain unchanged until December 31, 2026. Starting in January 2027, your tier for the new year will be determined based on the points you earn throughout 2026. This gives you plenty of time to continue enjoying your current benefits while also building up points to unlock even greater rewards in the future.

As we are a US-based company, please note that all redemptions are processed in US dollar funds.

Sprays will expire after 6 months of earning or redemption inactivity in the Rewards program. However, as long as you place an order or make a simple coupon redemption within 6 months, your points will remain in your account. The expiration date would simply reset to another 6 months thereafter. Coupons, once redeemed, will NOT expire (unless specified during Power Redemption events). VIP Status remains evergreen and never expires (its always uphill with the FragFlex Club). Don't worry, we'll send you reminders a month before (in case you forget) to allow you the chance to reset the clock another 6 months via a simple coupon redemption or order.
