What is a Gift Sets?
Gift sets are packages which include the fragrance along with additional bonus items, which may be a shower gel, after shave, bag, etc. They are perfect to give as gifts due to their lavish presentation and bonus accessories.
‌
What is Boxed Variants?
These are simply the boxed variant of the fragrance, which means they are exactly the same packaging as you would find at the department store. Boxed variants are always sealed with cello (plastic wrap) unless specified, or if the manufacturer by default does not produce it.
What is a Tester?
The tester comes without the fancy packaging (usually in a plain white box) and often without a cap (unless mentioned otherwise). For personal use, testers are a fantastic cost-saving alternative over the boxed goods, which are in contrast sealed and more presentable as gifts. The testers are unused and their concentrations are exactly the same as the sealed box variant.
A perfume decant is a smaller sized vial of fragrance that is perfect for trying out a fragrance before committing to a full bottle. Decants are independently rebottled by a trusted third party based on the interest level for any fragrance.

Balmain's Ambre Gris, a women's perfume released in 2008, is a captivating blend of elegance and sensuality, crafted by the acclaimed perfumer Guillaume Flavigny. It opens with a warm, spicy aroma dominated by cinnamon, subtly intertwined with the zest of pink pepper. The heart of the fragrance reveals the unique scent of ambergris, a rare and precious ingredient, giving it a distinctive character. This is further enriched with the woody notes of Gaiac wood and Styrax, culminating in the soothing undertone of white musk. The overall scent is spicy yet powdery, creating a refined and slightly retro impression. This perfume is a modern interpretation of the intoxicating sensuality of ambergris, making it an embodiment of Balmain's commitment to creating fragrances of character.
