Byredo Velvet Haze Eau de Parfum is a unisex fragrance that encapsulates the essence of a daze state, reminiscent of artificial paradises. This opulent scent embarks the wearer on a psychedelic journey, starting with a creamy, tropical opening of ambrette and coconut water. Not overly sweet, but distinctly inviting and summery, the fragrance soon gives way to the feverish power of patchouli leaves. As the scent unfolds, base notes of cotton musks, cocoa absolu, and wild musk emerge, deepening the overall experience. Inspired by the 1960's culture, this new woody oriental fragrance was carefully crafted by perfumer Jerome Epinette and launched in October 2017.
